AMD Ryzen 9 7900 vs. Intel Core i5-14400F in Content Creation?

I'm currently trying to decide between the AMD Ryzen 9 7900 and Intel Core i5-14400F for my new computer build, specifically for content creation purposes. Has anyone here had experience with either of these processors? Any recommendations?

As for overheating and throttling, I didn't experience those issues with the AMD Ryzen 9 7900 during my time using it. However, it's always good to have a high-quality cooler to ensure optimal performance.

I've personally used both the Intel Core i5-14400F and Ryzen 9 7900 for content creation, and I can vouch for @AstroColton's experience. The Ryzen 9 7900 handled my video editing projects and virtual machines much better than the i5-14400F.
