AMD Ryzen 9 3950X vs. AMD Ryzen 7 1800X Overclocking?

I've been reading up on the AMD Ryzen 9 3950X and the AMD Ryzen 7 1800X, and I was wondering which one is better for overclocking. Has anyone tried overclocking either of these CPUs? Any advice would be appreciated!
