AMD Ryzen 7 2700X vs. 2400G for Multithreading

I'm trying to decide between the AMD Ryzen 7 2700X and the 2400G for my next build. I mainly work on video editing projects which are often multithreaded. Can you guys provide some insights on these two CPUs in terms of their performance for such tasks?
