AMD Ryzen 5 5600X vs. Intel Core i7-10700KF - Multi-Tasking Comparison?

I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I'm looking to buy either an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X or an Intel Core i7-10700KF for my new PC build, and I'm having trouble deciding which one would be better for multi-tasking. Has anyone here used either of these CPUs? Any recommendations?
