AMD Ryzen 5 3600X vs Intel Core i5-12400F for Video Editing?

I recently started learning video editing, and I'm torn between the AMD Ryzen 5 3600X and Intel Core i5-12400F. Can anyone give me some advice on which CPU would be better for this purpose?

I've been using the Ryzen 5 3600X for video editing for a while now, and it works great! The higher base frequency, larger L3 cache capacity, and support for overclocking make it more suitable for handling demanding tasks. Also, its PCIe 4.0 support allows for faster SSDs and graphics cards.

As someone who does a lot of video editing work, I can vouch for the Intel Core i5-12400F! It has DDR5 support with a higher max stock speed and PCIe 5.0 support for faster data transfer, which is quite an advantage in terms of performance.
