AMD Ryzen 5 3500 vs. Intel Core i5-9600K: Best for Gaming?

I've been looking to upgrade my gaming PC and I'm torn between the AMD Ryzen 5 3500 and Intel Core i5-9600K. Can you guys share some experiences or advice on which one is better for gaming?

Thanks for the link, @slipstream55! I'm mostly worried about performance in fast-paced games like Overwatch and Call of Duty. I also have a small desk space, so screen size could be an issue with the Odyssey G9.

If you're focusing on high-end gaming performance, the Ryzen 5 3500's higher base frequency and better DDR support might give it an edge over the i5-9600K. However, if color accuracy is important to you and you value that more than the refresh rate, then the LG monitor might be a better choice.
