I'm thinking about picking up an Acer EB321HQU Cbidpx for gaming. Does anyone have any experience with this monitor?

Thanks for sharing your experiences! I was looking at the TechReviewer article Is the Acer 31.5" EB321HQU Cbidpx Good for Gaming? which has an overview of this monitor. It mentions that while it has a good resolution, the 60Hz refresh rate might not be ideal for gaming. Have any of you tried using it with a high-end GPU?

I've been using the Acer EB321HQU Cbidpx for a few months now and it's been working great for me! It has a nice 1440p resolution, which makes everything look sharp and clear.

The response time on that monitor is also quite good. I haven't noticed any ghosting issues while gaming. Have you guys found the refresh rate to be sufficient?

I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and I'm really impressed with how well it handles gaming. However, I did notice that the 60Hz refresh rate isn't the best for fast-paced games. I'd recommend looking into monitors with higher refresh rates if you're planning on playing a lot of competitive shooters.

Solution

Yeah, I've been thinking about upgrading my graphics card to get more out of the monitor's potential. But I'm also considering getting a new monitor with a higher refresh rate.

That sounds like a good idea. A higher refresh rate would definitely make a difference in the gaming experience. The response time is important too, but the refresh rate can make or break it for me.

I agree, a higher refresh rate would be nice. But I'm also happy with my decision to go with this monitor. It's still a great choice if you're looking for a good balance between price and performance.

Yeah, I think the Acer EB321HQU Cbidpx is a solid choice overall. If you can afford to upgrade your graphics card and get a higher refresh rate monitor in the future, that would be ideal. But this one has been serving me well so far!

Thanks for all the input! It really helps to hear from people who have actually used the monitor. I'll definitely think about my options and make a decision based on what's best for my setup.
