Acer 49" EI491CR Pbmiiipx for High-End PC Games?

I'm considering buying a new monitor and I've been looking at the Acer 49" EI491CR Pbmiiipx. Can anyone give me some insights on whether it's suitable for high-end PC games?

The refresh rate of the Acer 49" EI491CR Pbmiiipx is impressive with its 144 Hz, which should provide a smooth gaming experience.
