I'm thinking of building a new gaming PC and want to know if having a 1 TB SSD would be enough storage for my games. Any advice?
1 TB Storage Enough for Gamers?

It depends on the number of games you plan to have in your collection, but generally speaking, 1 TB should be enough for most gamers. However, if you're a collector or tend to keep games installed for a long time, you might want to consider more storage. I've seen some people with large collections needing 2TB or even more. It really depends on your personal preference and the number of games you download or install regularly. Also, don't forget about updates which can take up quite a bit of space over time.
1 TB is definitely enough for me. I usually keep around 20-30 games installed at any given time, and I frequently uninstall old games to make room for new ones. However, if you're planning on keeping lots of games installed simultaneously, then you might need more storage.
Thanks for the input! Based on your experiences, would you recommend getting a 2 TB SSD or going with two smaller SSDs (e.g., 500 GB each) to save some money?
That's a tough decision. If you're budget-conscious and don't mind having fewer games installed at once, then going with two smaller SSDs could be a good option. However, if you prefer keeping a larger library of games installed simultaneously, then a 2 TB SSD might be worth the investment. Another factor to consider is how often you'll need to transfer files or game installations between devices. If that's something you do frequently, having more storage on a single SSD would probably be more convenient.
True, convenience can be a big factor in deciding the amount of storage you want for gaming. I usually have around 30 games installed and only uninstall them when I'm sure I won't play them again. It's nice to have everything in one place without having to switch drives or external storage.
Good points, everyone! So, it seems like there's no one-size-fits-all answer, and it really depends on individual needs and preferences. Thanks for the advice! I'll do some more research and see what makes the most sense for me.
