Pakaging
The mousepad came in a bubblewrap envelope with the invoice and "mouseskatez".
Although I didn't order the mouseskatez I got them free of charge due to the
mousepad being on backorder for a couple of weeks, lol. Nothing wrong with the
pakaging, it's kinda hard to break a mousepad during shipping.
First impressions
When I first opened the pakage I was greeted with the HORRID smell of brand new rubber! Wow! It smelled
absolutely horrible! How bad? After being around the mousepad for an hour or so I got a stomachache
because of the smell, but after a while it does go away. The smell isn't that bad compared to the
Akasa pax.mate sound absorbtion mats if you have some of those in your case. Finally getting over the
smell, I replaced my old "Uncle Sam" mousepad with the new one. Measuring in at 11" by 16" according
to GamerzStuff.com I decided to take some measurements myself. 10.875" by 15.750" was what I got using
my trusted tape measure, not a big deal when you consider how big the mousepad is.

Big, really big! compared to my old mousepad!

The thickness compared to a new US quarter
Mouseskatez
The mouseskatez was a little blue strip stapled onto the instructions. There
supposed to decrease friction between the mouse and the mousepad. The strip
measures 8" and is more than enough for one mouse. The instructions were realitivly
easy to follow, simply clean the mouse feet, measure so the mouseskatez covers
the entire area of the mouse feet, peel, stick on the mouse feet and your done!
Now do they work? Yes! After I installed the stuff on my mouse it's super smooth
when I use the mouse. It's litterally like your mouse is staking on the mousepad,
this stuff is nuts!

Performance
After the horrid smell, stomachache, installing the mouseskatez, I started up
a good old game of Counter-Strike. At first it was a little akward because of
how easy (smooth) it was moving the mouse compared to my old mousepad which
took a little more effort due to friction. It took a little while, but I finally
got used to it after an hour or so. Now to the all important question, did I
get more frags? I'd have to say yes, becuase I use a really low sensitivity
when I play CS (around 1.5); so I get a lot more area to move the mouse around
and can turn without having to pick up my mouse. Another thing I noticed was
when I aim it acutally takes a less time because of the really low friction
between the mouse and mousepad.
Conclusion
Overall I'd say it was well worth the $12.95 I paid for this excellent mousepad;
plus $5.29 shipping of course. In Counter-Strike I've gotten a few more frags,
don't have to pick up my mouse as much, isn't jerky when I'm aiming, and really
really smooth. My only gripe is how bad it smelled at first, I don't know how
the shipping department deals with it! They must wear gas masks... And lastly,
I'd like to thank GamerzStuff.com for making this review possible. If you'd
